- Data Processing Addendum — request a signed copy via our DPA page.
- Sales and pilots — bid teams looking to onboard or evaluate the Service.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge support email within 2 business days and DPDP requests within 14 days, as required by law. Security reports are triaged on a best-effort basis the same business day.
