• Security disclosures — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email us before disclosing publicly.
• DPDP requests— access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Use the subject line “DPDP Request”. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Data Processing Addendum — request a signed copy via our DPA page.
• Sales and pilots — bid teams looking to onboard or evaluate the Service.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge support email within 2 business days and DPDP requests within 14 days, as required by law. Security reports are triaged on a best-effort basis the same business day.
